College & Schools New New Software

Students' Information
Now all the activities right from Students’ Registration in College can be computerized, which work in an integrated manner.This software has the following five modules:Students’ Registration: All information about the student as entered in the Registration form at the time of admission are saved here.Students’ Attendance Record: Information regarding attendance in each class are entered directly by the faculty from any terminal on the LAN. The record gets built progressively and any shortage at the end of the month are highlighted for action. The student can also see his record from any terminal for timely action.Students’ Marks: Marks obtained by students in class work / sessional exam /semester can be entered either directly or by import wherever possible. Full information about marks obtained are displayed.College Fees: Fees as received are entered in the system by the cashier and full record is maintained.Semester-wise List of Students: This is used for exporting data to Library and ID Card Software.Thus using the software, all the activities of the College are computerized, which helps in efficient utilization of manpower while making all information available to the Management easily.

Designing a Bar-coded ID Card
This software enables the Schools and Colleges to prepare the ID Cards of students and other staff in-house. Use of the Software can be learnt in no time. Full details of the equipment required are given so that the whole operation of preparing the ID cards in-house is most economical. Printing of photograph and Bar-code is also included for evenyual computerization of other activities in the college. Default format of the ID card is given, yet if any changes are required, these can be incorpoarated. The logo and the name of the College can be included in the Card.

Time Table Management


Preparation of Time Table is required in every Semester in every School/College. The task requires the assistance of two to three faculty members who have to sit down together to optimize and allocate the rsources like Lecture rooms, Tutorial Rooms, Laboratories and Faculty Members for taking Lectures, Tutorial classes, or Practical Classes. The problem gets compunded when during the Semester, any Faculty Member leaves. The work load is required to be redistributed as the new Faculty Member may have a different specialization than the outgoing Member.Now preparation of Time table for College/School need not be a laborious and time consuming process. Apart from the convenience in preparing a Time table, it points out any contentions in allocating the faculty, Rooms, etc. right at the time of its occurrence. Making changes when any Faculty member leaves during the session, has now become easy.The software developed by Vaibhav Informatics provides the following features:· Enables the College to input subjects to be taught to each branch in each semester.· Provides for entry of subjects as compulsory, Elective I and Elective II.· Provides for entry of lectures, tutorials, practicals per week for each subject as per the University guidelines.· Provides for entry of Room Nos. and their Capacity.· Provides for entry of Faculty members and their preferences for subjects.· Provides for entry of Sections, Groups in a class- Semester and Branch-wise.· Provides for entering various types of constraints or guidelines to be followed while preparing the Time Table so that any violation is alerted.· After preparation of Time Table gives a print-out of Time Table for class, rooms, faculty, labs.· It displays load distribution of faculty members and enables the Management to take advance action to recruit more teaching staff, if necessary.
